Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Business facing strategic HR partner, providing proactive support, advice and solutions to business leaders for within a fast changing multi-national, matrix organisation that is working on an HR transformation. Key Responsibilities. Proactively support the development and implementation of the HR strategy. Support the identification of priorities and development of plans and initiatives to support business strategy. Build and develop strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the HR agenda. Collaborate, coach and guide all levels of management. Effectively collaborate with other HR functional areas, including Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, to deliver relevant HR services and interventions. Positively drive the company culture, ensuring that values and behaviours are embedded throughout. Actively develop new, and build on existing employee engagement initiatives. Drive the Performance Management and Development process to promote a high performance culture. Support the development and implementation of effective HR policies and procedures. Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and systems. Ensure compliance with employment legislation. Case manage employee relations issues, including complex and high profile cases, providing expert advisory. Proactively deliver timely and accurate management information. Effectively manage multiple projects / work streams, balancing with operational HR activities. Coach and mentor less experienced team members. Required Experience. At least 7 years' experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role. Demonstrable experience in successfully managing complex employee relations issues. Experience of management of a diverse range of stakeholders. Ability to develop and motivate in a fast paced, rapidly changing and high performance culture. Demonstrable experience in coaching, mentoring and developing. Excellent knowledge of Human Resources best practice. Additional Requirements. Degree qualified in a Human Resources or related discipline and / or a post graduate qualification in Human Resources.
