Our client, the number 1 organisation in their field of technology globally, is seeking an ambitious International FP&A Manager to join them. Based in Dublin city centre and reporting to the international Director of FP&A, you will be part of a global team. This is a very exciting opportunity for a business minded FP&A Manager who is adept at developing relationships across the globe. Within this role, you will have responsibility for Business partnering with 1-2 countries. Working closely with the Country Manager, you will have responsibility for delivering key financial and business performance reporting processes, including financial assessments, monthly and quarterly business reviews, forecasts, and annual operating plan development. Other areas of focus are: Providing reliable financial, sales, and operational analysis to partners, driving growth and operational efficiencies including month-end processing, management review of budget vs. actual results and trend analysis. Assisting in the completion of planning process, e.g. annual budgets, monthly forecasts and long-term plans. Helping the financial planning & analysis team learn, grow, and deliver high-quality work efficiently. Maintaining existing and developing new management information reports that deliver key metrics and sales data. Partnering with accounting to ensure that expenses are recorded accurately. Analysis and tracking of strategic initiatives, including development of supporting models and expected outcomes. Assisting in the development of existing planning and reporting systems. To be considered, you will possess: 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational environment. ACCA/ACA/CIMA/Chartered Accounting qualification. Advanced excel, pivot tables & basic report writing skills, with sharp attention to detail a must. Strong leadership and coaching skills. Strong understanding of business strategy, processes and financial objectives, with an aptitude for building business partnerships. Excellent analytical skills, the ability to perform complex financial analyses and modelling. Ability to meet deadlines in a fun, fast-paced environment.
