Project Manager on EHR Programme. Location: Dublin. Salary: €500-600 a day. 1 year contract. ***Healthcare Industry exp preferred*** Experience: A minimum of 2 years senior experience in healthcare required. This should include: Hands-on knowledge of the Electronic Health Records (EHR) Market, its dynamics and structures. A track record of delivery in EHR Projects and Programmes with health service organisations. Active development of Strong Business Cases for required investment including execution of related activities. Achievable Benefits targeting and realisation management. Programme Planning for Approved Resources. Successful track record of Public Sector Change Programmes. Experience & Certification in Project Methodologies: Prince2 Certification at Practitioner Level. Working within structured Project Methodologies, for example Prince2. Core Skills & Competencies: Proven experience of activities which result in the achievement of key milestones including: Clear Programme Communications at Business Case, Mobilisation, and Programme Delivery Phases: Realistic and achievable objective setting and the ability to articulate same to stakeholders. Detailed resource analysis. Clear written and verbal communications skills. Excellent presentation capabilities. Good stakeholder communications. Timely production of quality deliverables: Project and Programme Plans. Specifications of Requirements. Meeting and Workshop materials. Procurement materials.
