Garda Vetting Clerk. An opportunity has arisen for a full time vetting clerk in the Garda Vetting administration division based at our head office in Santry Dublin 9. This is an administration role and will include dealing with clients and liaising with NVB (National Vetting Bureau). It may also involve preparation of reports so good letter writing; analytical and numerical skills are required. The role. Assist in developing and growing clients and maintaining positive client relationships. Reporting on KPI’s as required. Data Entry clerical duties on the NVB portal. Develop and maintain excel spreadsheets. Maintain and update basic accounting system. Providing excellent customer service to clients and NVB personnel both verbally and electronically. Adhere to strict confidentiality internal and external controls and procedures. The Candidate. Professional telephone manner with ability to converse at all levels. Ability to multi task with good planning and time management skills. Excellent communicator both verbally and written. Strong work ethic, good admin and IT skills. Strong client relationship management skills. 5 Day week with flexibility to travel when required. Fluency in English both verbally and written. College degree or equivalent work experience. Full drivers license essential. The successful candidate will be required to complete a Garda vetting application. Salary Circa 25k. Closing date for applications is Friday 22nd June, 2018.
