SUMMARY OF ROLE: We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Agents for our Client based in Ballymount, Dublin 12. This is a full-time position with long-term potential. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be responsible for dealing with customer queries by phone in a friendly and professional manner. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: • Strong customer service skills; • Excellent telephone manner; • Good PC skills and able to learn and use in-house systems. RATE OF PAY: €10 per hour. WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday 8 hour shifts between 8am and 8pm, with paid break. JOB CODE: QED0054.
