Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a similar position. As Bartender you will have the responsibility to maintain current clients and develop trade with the addition of events, themes and social media interaction. Must be able to multi task and be very detail orientated. Ability to communicate with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding. To familiarise and adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined in your staff handbook. Actively look to increase revenue as well as maintain current business with regulars.
