ER Specialist. Partnering with the business to coach, influence and up skill managers to help them manage routine Employee Relations activity and to identify, own and implement effective people solutions. Monitor and review quality of line manager case management during and after case conclusion, to ensure due diligence - in terms of documentation, delivery, timescales etc. Working proactively with line managers, understanding their priorities and direction and ensuring the HR plans reflect and respond to this. Liaising with the centres of excellence and HR Services to provide a collaborative service. Working with the wider HR team to support the corporate HR agenda which include change management, health and wellbeing and inclusion initiatives to drive a culture of engagement, innovation and high performance. Using data to provide meaningful and proactive HR analytics to the business to support business decisions and direction. Manage twice yearly the performance and pay review process. Collation of data on HR metrics for quarterly, monthly and weekly reporting. Skills and Experience. An excellent understanding of Irish Employment Relations and experience of its application in the workplace. Currently or recently worked in a role, where you have managed complex ER cases. Experience of people development within a Business HR environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build, influence and maintain strong working relationships at all levels. Proven experience in coaching and performance development. Effective presentation, facilitation and mediation skills. Excellent organisational skills driven through experience of working with & delivering to multiple stakeholders. A CIPD qualification and enthusiasm for developing our people, preferably in an industry where HR operates as a strategic partner. This job originally appeared on RecruitIreland.com.
