HR Business Partner - Employee Relations (HEO.   The HR Business Partner, Employee Relations will work closely with the Head of HR Advisory to provide Employee Relations guidance and case management to support and facilitate the optimal performance of the Courts Service. Person Specification. Qualifications. -A third level qualification to FETAC Level 8 in an HR, Business or Legal discipline. -Post graduate qualification in HR or Employment Law is desirable. Experience. -At least two years of experience as an HR Business Partner. -At least two years of experience handling employee relations issues. -Good working knowledge of employment law. Required Skills and Behaviours. -Well-developed analytical and critical thinking skills to understand issues, risks, business needs and manager expectations. -Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to convince and persuade others to a course of action. -Strong interpersonal skills so can develop good working relationships and provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders. -Accountable for actions and drive to get things done. -Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, whilst also being self-driven and motivated.
