Finishing Foreman (Residential. Dublin South, Dublin West. €Neg + Package. ICDS have a vacancy for a Finishing Foreman for one of Ireland's leading developers, who have a number of large residential projects under construction at present across Dublin, icluding high end apartments in South Dublin. You will be trade qualified, and will have proven experience of working with a large main contractor, and/or developer overseeing high end finishes on residential projects. Responsibilities Manage Subcontractors. Maintain Programme. Manage Service Providers. Take control of projects from 1st Fix, through 2nd & 3rd fix to snagging stage and completion. Take control of Snag List. Ensure Completion Dates are met. Liaise with Sales and Legal Team.
