Telecommunications Project Assistant. Role will involve: Supporting the Transition & Transformation Project Director & Project Managers in delivery of the project. Preparing & taking ownership of the communication plan for the Programme, storing this documentation in a central repository. To assist the Project Manager in planning, co-ordinating & communicating the Project plans, calendar & work packages in a professional manner, ensuring that information is made available to keep internal & client stakeholders regularly informed of progress & that client commitments for provision of information & completion of actions are consistently met. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the Project Manager in advance of contract signature & set up the communication plan, structure & Governance model with the client; Provide project administrative support across countries for any regional deliverables. Own the communication plan for the lifecycle of the Programme & across the various project work streams, carrying out regular review of the communication plan to ensure it is being maintained & reflects reality of the project. Provide administrative support to the T&T Director & Project Managers; Co-ordinate activities between the Client, Engineering, Sales account team, & internal groups (e.g. Service Delivery Job Controller, Billing, Service Management); Reporting back to the lead Project Managers to highlight critical path milestones & deliverables that are at risk of missing baselined dates at an individual site level. Supporting the Programme & client team with key stakeholder engagement within their business. Clear articulation of what is expected of client sites & the impact of the transformation change window on their operation. Single point of contact for any engineer calls & site queries - including Project engineers, carriers & partners. Assist the Project Managers in producing reports in a timely fashion; Coordinate & attend virtual team meetings with clients, account teams, & internal groups in line with the agreed Governance model; Assist the Project Manager to ensure that accurate system records & reports are maintained. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE. Good communication & interpersonal skills. Previous experience within a Professional Project Management environment. Technical experience with Network Integration & Outsourcing. Good incident management skills (ie: Driving PM; s to timely route cause analysis & resolution. Good problem management skills (ie: Driving PM's Route cause analysis & business improvement. Project management qualification. Computer/systems experience (including Microsoft Project & Excel, Word, Clarity, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Please contact Lee Keogh to discuss further.
