StratCO is a division within Pfizer that provides commercial services to our Business Units. These services include Sales & Marketing CRM support, Skills & Brand Trainings, Meetings & Congresses, MultiChannel Communication, Compliance Support and GDPR. StratCO positions itself as a Talent Greenhouse, where new colleagues can learn and grow before moving into the Business Units. Discription / Responsibilities: • Throughout the Management Trainee program you will be assigned to different projects and departments. o You will collaborate with any relevant wider cross-functional team to successfully implement StratCO services in assigned country/country cluster/B.U. o You will work in partnership with other Pfizer functions such as Business Technology, Legal, Human Resources, Commercial, and Compliance. o You will support the implementation of regional StratCO projects, and share best practices across the regional/global StratCO community. The starting assignment will be in Sales & Marketing Services. In this department you will execute transactional business processes in support of our Field Force: o Ad-hoc data analysis & reporting to answer to key business questions. o Data Management (territorial sales and activity, customer and account mappings, etc.) o Sales Quota setting, Quota attainment calculation and Incentives calculation. o Management and administration of Field Force Applications, e.g. Sales Force Automation database function, problem solving and managing customer facing change requests. o Implementing customer segmentation and targeting analysis. o Analysis and recommendations on Resource Deployment to optimize FF performance. o Continuous improvement of our processes. Qualifications. • Master degree level in Business Administration, Finance, Communication, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent degree. • We are looking for a management trainee, freshly graduated from university. Skills and Knowledge. • Excellent IT literacy/knowledge required (technology savvy) & numeric skills (Excel SQL and Access. • Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze information, ability to synthesize problems and develop innovative solutions and strategies. • Self-motivated, high level of independent and service oriented working attitude. • Good communication and inter-personal skills. • Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks while reaching alignment with internal business stakeholders on deliverables. • Good team player. • Language skills: fluent in local language and English.
