Business Process Analyst, Energy Sector, South Dublin€45-55K. Our client is a large Irish basedEnergy providerthey currently have a vacancy for an Business Process Analyst ,to join their team. The Business Process Analyst - Customer Experience will perform a critical role in helping the business understand customer pain points. You will help us establish the facts and provide the data and insights we need to ensure our customers are at all times receiving the very best experience in the industry. Responsibilities: Completion, production and distribution of root cause report. Provide face to face feedback to all levels of management on both operational and strategic root cause, ensuring action is taken to reduce the causes of complaint. Take an active role in the Customer Experience Group, providing insight on complaints and the actions taken/required to improve service. Attend relevant internal and external meetings and conferences to support the root cause analysis which the company conducts. Liaise with departments and key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement across the business, including completion, production, distribution and management of an action log. Key point of contact for root cause analysis across the company. Experience Required: Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a Customer Support/Service/Experience environment as a business analyst / process analyst. Experience with Continuous Improvement and Project Management, Lean Six Sigma etc. Experience working in the Utilities sector advantageous. Ability to adopt a structured approach to work with strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills. Strong Excel skills and experience in analysis & reporting of data.
