Personal Assistant. City Centre organisation is looking to find a professional and experienced Personal Assistant to join their team. As Personal Assistant , you will take on duties to include: Diary management and appointment booking. Act as gatekeeper - expertly manage and filter all incoming calls. Liaise with clients, agencies and third party suppliers. Meeting coordination and all associated logistics. Minute taking and dismmenation and follow up of same. Supporting the coordination of company / corporate events. Document preparation - typing and proofing. Correspondence and email management. Travel coordination. Expert administrative support. To be suitable for this role, you must have: Minimumof 3 years' Personal Assistant experience. Experience in managing a busy, changeable diary.
