Manufacturing Operator. Dublin. Reporting into team leader and working as part of a team, you will perform related functions that support the efficient manufacture of quality product. This is a day shift role and a minimum 11 month contract Major Contributing Activities: Key-end results areas necessary to fulfill the position’s basic purpose. Assemble and test product as per company procedures and drawings. To maintain a sanitary and safe work area and equipment in accordance with Company procedures, while at all times adhering to company policy. Complete all necessary documentation and ensure that all required records are accurately maintained. Assisting Engineering in the initial validation, installation and verification of new assembly procedures, equipment and products. Assisting Engineering in the design of test fixtures and modules assembly procedures. Achieve weekly targets through effective teamwork. Ensure that work areas and equipment are maintained in accordance with company requirements and that all safety rules and procedures are observed. Working with Quality procedures, relating to material flow, material handling, processing of defective material, acceptance and rejection procedures, ECN monitoring, concessions etc. EHS compliance : PPE and close call process awareness. Training in new personnel. Supporting production ramps to deliver customer product on time and to the required quality level. Assist in maintaining stock accuracy. Other assignments as necessary. Key Requirements: MINIMUM of 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment. FAS training in electromechanical assembly would be an advantage. Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Systems integration. Lean principles, 5S, Kaizen, Waste elimination.
