Continuous Improvement Executive - Dublin. You will be required to drive improvement mind-set change through use of Tools, Systems and Behaviours. Ideally you should have a third level qualification in a Scientific or Engineering discipline and Lean / Six Sigma Black belt certification. You should also possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience driving change through Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence. The primary tasks of the role include: • Drive CI behaviours and mind-sets – coach teams on use of CI tools to drive self-sufficiency in each area. • Implement CI systems and process to embed CI way of working – Visual management, 5S , Standard problem solving. • Drive technical CI projects – Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvement, yield improvement , improvement, waste elimination. Interested candidates will ideally possess the following: •Be able to leading change. • Influence others. • Drive results. • Decision maker. • Self-starter, take initiative , work with minimal guidance and drive progress. • Structured systematic approach. • Problem solver – leading problem solving activities under pressure – driving results using structured problem solving. • Value stream thinking – Demonstrated understanding of flow, connecting processes and changing thinking around optimising flow. • Visual Management – Implementing Visual management as a tool to drive improvement. • OEE - Executing projects to improve OEE. • Technical ability and curiosity - Comfortable in technical problems and willingness and ability to drive root cause and fix the problem once.
