Construction Site Manager Job. Job Details. Site manager needed for an exciting fast paced residential project in West Dublin with a well-established build and fit out company. The Site Manager will need to be well accustomed to following a programme of works, working to tight deadlines and be Health and Safety focused at all time. Ideal Candidate Have min 5 years’ experience in a similar position. Experience supervising sub-contractors. Have residential build experience (preferably rapid builds ) Experience working to tight deadlines and at a fast pace. Thorough knowledge of H&S procedures. Excellent communication skills at all levels. Computer literate.
