I am currently seeking a Corporate Receptionist within one of Dublin's most reputable companies in the City Centre, nestled just off buzzing Grafton Street. Reporting to the Hospitality Manager, your duties will be: Meeting & Greeting clients in a professional manner and advising the relevant Departments within the company. Call handling of all Switchboard Calls. Liaising with the Hospitality Suite with regards to client arrival and providing an excellent client experience. Weekly Stat reports on Reception business levels. Dealing with courier's, deliveries , post and taxis. Processing Document Storages. Issuing of Contractor cards. Monitoring Deliveries into Reception. Ensuring that the main reception area & Pod Rooms are kept neat and tidy. Facilities administration. Supporting client events the meeting space. Experience in a Corporate environment is essential and in addition, Luxury Hotel experience would be an advantage. The successful candidate : Good Secretarial skills. Proficient in MS Office. Good Telephone Manner. Smart / Professional dress code. Attention to detail. Ability to work independantly and part of a team. Flexible with working hours.
