This company is an Irish leader in the area of HR systems, and count companies of all sizes across Ireland and the UK as clients. They are based in West Dublin, with customers nationwide, and due to continuous growth, they are looking to add to their team, with an experienced, and client-focused implementation consultant. The ideal person will have strong knowledge of implementation projects and talent for understanding what customers need, along with some insight into HR or time and attendance systems. This opportunity offers lots of opportunities for advancement and progression. Looks good so far, but what would my day-to-day look like? -Working closely with customers to understand their own business processes, to enable the best configuration of the system. -Travel to customer sites to gather requirements, lead configuration workshops, perform systems training, and have system go-live sessions. -Provide software documentation to explain different features and options to clients. -Act as project manager throughout the implementation. -Document the configuration and processes to facilitate a smooth transition to the support teams. Great, now what should my profile look like in order to be considered? -Degree in a technical discipline for example computer science. -1-3 years in a fast-paced software or systems environment, ideally in a BA or implementations capacity. -Experience around implementations or configurations in a software environment. -Experience (and ideally qualifications) around project management. -Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and talents around leading workshops and requirements gathering. -Problem-solving outlook and a desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
