Position: Junior Quantity Surveyors. Location: Dublin City Centre. Salary: Negotiable. A leading PQS firm are looking to recruit a number of Junior Quantity Surveyors for a Dublin City Centre location. The ideal candidates will possess the following attributes but is not limited to: Requirements: * Level 8 Degree Qualified in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying. * Experience in a PQS setting. * Recent employment in a similar position within Ireland or the UK. * Assist with cost analysis. * Assist with estimation. * Assist with Bill of Quantities. * Analyse documentation. * Compilation of claims and cost calculations. * Experience with client side negotiations. * Work as an assistant to work on a variety of builds. * Team player.
