ChildVision invites applications from suitably qualified individuals to support our service delivery to young adults with disabilities. The role is that of Trainee Tutor with our Lifelong Learning Team and is offered on the basis of a fixed term contract to the end of the academic year 2020. Applicants should meet the following criteria:- Some experience of training students with Visual Impairment and/or Learning disabilities/other disabilities, and with supported/open employment, life skills, independent living desirable. Minimum Level 5 Healthcare/Special Needs - Level 6 or higher desirable. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent IT / report writing skills. Enthusiasm and commitment to learn new skills. Flexibility in terms of working within the inter-related areas. Full clean driving license desirable.
