We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist for one of our clients in the Financial Services. This company is based in the City Centre / South Dublin and they are keen to add an experienced, enthusiastic and tech savvy Receptionist to their team. In this role, your responsibilities will include: Meet and greet all visitors - maintain a pleasant front of house presence. Ensuring all meeting rooms and reception area are kept clean, tidy and presentable. Managing bookings and diary for all meeting rooms. Managing all incoming and outgoing post / deliveries / couriers. Maintain and distribute internal directories and telephone lists. Monitor security log and report to security team. Monitor the central company inbox and distribute or respond to emails as appropriate. Answer, message and re-direct all incoming calls. Facilities, stock and supply maintenance. Administrative support for Management and team as required. Requirements: 2 years' reception experience. Flexible, enthusiastic and friendly approach.
