We are recruiting a Senior Chef for our Client a Nursing Home Based in South Dublin. Apply below! Job Title: Chef. Location: Dublin South. Salary: €16 per hour. Facility: Nursing Home. About the Job: You will be expected to lead the catering team and participate in menu creation. Ensuring HACCP cooperation at all times. To prepare, cook and present meals (in line with standardised recipes) incorporating any specific requirements. Previous experience as a Chef in managing a team, training, rostering and managing budgets essential. You will be expected to cooperate with the catering department to act as relief cover in the other facilities. Minimum 2 years previous experience as a Chef in a Hospital or Nursing Home. Working knowledge with HIQA and Dietary Requirements essential.
