Due to our continued growth, we are now looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join Mooney’s, Longmile Road. We are a multi franchised dealer workshop specialising in Hyundai, Nissan & Honda, experience in these brands is not essential as training will be provided. You will be responsible for the co-ordination of all work, arranging appointments, job card production, customer liaison and general administration duties. You will be required to meet and greet customers, clarify any works that need to be carried out to vehicles and keep the customer informed at all times. Quoting customers on required work while maintaining customer satisfaction at all times. Key Requirements: • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role in a main dealer workshop. • Excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner. • Have excellent interpersonal skills. • Be sales and profit focused. • Be practical and organised, with strong administration skills. • Have strong product knowledge, with a proven ability to understand retail, warranty and internal service sales processes.
