Senior Internal Sales : Builder Provider : West Dublin. The Senior Internal Sales: will be responsible for dealing with the day to day sales enquiries/ transactions and maintaining high standards of customer care within the store. Senior Internal Sales : You will act as the first point of contact with the Clients via phone and face to face - offering advice and quotations on all Building Materials/Supplies, Ensuring the efficient processing and follow-up of customer enquiries regarding all Building Material enquiries, Assist with all Sales and Enquiries, up selling and cross selling materials. Maintaining effective communications with suppliers regarding the sourcing and delivery of all supplies. Answering phones -Maximise sales by continually expanding orders and up material on all incoming and outgoing calls. Serving customers on the phone and a busy trade counter, Day to day Building Material quotations -Ensure all quotations are followed up when necessary. Skills and Experience Required : 2 - 3 yrs experience in a customer facing experience in a trade environment Building Material Product Knowledge is ESSENTIAL, Must be extremely customer focused and results driven, Sales experience and/ or product knowledge in the Building/Constructionindustry.
