Description

Part time receptionist required for busy city centre practice. Must have great communication, organisational and computer skills, along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Key areas of responsibility will include: Providing administrative support, including greeting patients,scanning,faxing,etc. Booking and organising appointments. Invoicing customers from transaction forms. Answering incoming telephone calls in a friendly, polite and helpful manner. Accurately recording patients queries. You need to have: Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills both in person and via phone. Strong numerical and organisational skills. Skilled in handling multiple tasks and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment. Ability to work and communicate with other members of team. Fluency in spoken and written English. A hard-working and thorough work ethic. Saturday 11am - 5pm, Sunday 12pm - 4pm. Salary: €11-€13/h.
