Quantity Surveyor (PQS. Ireland, UK & US. $Neg + Package + Relocation + Visa. ICDS are currently working with a Tier 1 Consultancy, with interests in Ireland, UK and the US, to recruit Quantity Surveyors & Cost Managers for various locations. You will be responsible for managing the cost elements of your projects from pre-construction through to final account agreement. Projects include: Data Centre’s, new build and expansion. Hotels, Shopping Centres. Healthcare, Hospitals. Office and Commercial, new build and refurb. Pharmaceutical and Life Science plants. Suitable candidates will be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 3 years’ post grad experience working in a similar role. Our client will also consider candidates with a main contracting or developers background. All interviews will be conducted by our client in Dublin & London with visa and relocation costs covered by the client.
