Role: Receptionist/Administrator, 12 month Temporary assignment. Location: Dublin 4. Rate of pay: €30K (€15.48/ph. Hours of work: 9am - 5.30pm, 1 hour for lunch (37.5 hour week. Other beneftis: 25 days holiday + 9 public holidays, Taxsaver ticekts. This is a great opportunity to manage the reception area of a major telecommunications organisation based in Dublin 4. Job Role and Responsibilities: Answer and direct incoming calls, meet and greet visitors in a professional manner. Maintain office visitor log and ensure the reception area is kept in good order. Manage incoming/outgoing mails and courier services. Arrange meetings and conferences, book meeting rooms and ensure audio and video conference facilities are in place. Coordinate travel arrangements for colleagues, including visas, flights, hotels and rental cars. Manage the invoices and expenses applications. Facilitate and support employees transferring from overseas with their relocation tasks. Assist with general administration including filing, copying, scanning. Manage company mobile phone accounts SIM cards and monitor phone bills. Order and manageer the stationary, office and kitchen supplies. General administrative duties, filing, copying, document distribution, etc. Circulate and deliver official documents. Assist with organizing team-building activities and company events. Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as a receptionist in a large organisation essential. Previous experience in a multi-cultural environment would be an advantage. Excellent verbal and written Good communication and team-work skills. Experience with Microsoft Office applications: Outlook and/or Email, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
