We are currently recruiting for the position of Assistant Manager for our Branch in Blanchardstown Shopping Centre. This full time position and will involve working a 40 hour week, flexible over seven days. This position will involve working late nights and weekends. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in driving sales across the store and for ensuring that excellent customer service is maintained at all times. The successful candidate must: Have a Minimum of two year’s Pharmacy Experience. Be extremely sales focused. Be Capable of initiating and driving sales. Be capable of achieving sales targets. Have a proven record of growing sales. Be capable of training and motivating staff to delivery sales targets. Have excellent customer service skills. Have excellent communication skills.
