Customer Contact Executive - Dublin 18. A Leading Training & Conference company based in the Dublin 18 area , offering unique CPD certified courses for professionals and executives in Healthcare, Construction Industry, Business & Management , Environmental and Law. This is busy role , with a number of training courses coming up in the next few weeks, we are seeking sales focused individuals who can work in a fast paced environment. This company are the leaders in the training world because they talk to their clients, they research their needs and they consult with professionals and executives weekly to ensure they receive the maximum relevant training, presented in short course format. Role: Due to expansion in 2018, we are looking to recruit confident, enthusiastic, highly motivated individuals for a number of Customer Contact Executive roles within the company. Duties: Outbound Customer calls to market informing of upcoming training courses. Sending course literature, brochures, campaign material out through email. Update and Maintain customer database. Input into design, development of a wide range of professional training courses. Customer Account Management. Assist and liaise with other departments in handling customer requests and needs. Potential to develop role. Skills Required: Excellent Client Management Skills. Good Communication Skills. Good Administration Skills. Good attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to multitask. Ability to use own initiative and make decisions. Basic salary offered : €27k initially with bonus to increase after a sucessful probationary period. This job will suit someone who is happy to work on the phone and deal with potential clients and work to targets. This role will grow over time.
