Description

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, are currently recruiting for a Training Administrator. The Training /Administrator supports the Training Manager and the maintenance of the Training System. This role also entails being a System administration on (APTL’s Learning Management System) and Microsoft SharePoint. Strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure is required. This role requires a high level of inter-personnel interactions with Internal Learners, Department Managers and Vendors. The goal is to ensure that training programs are compliant, run smoothly and are engaging. Maintenance of Training Courses. Assign, Maintain and Conclude Training Courses in Excel and SharePoint. Generate bi-weekly reports on learnings and communicate periodic review dates. Training Scheduling. Maintain and Organise Training Schedule all Classroom Training , ensuring the required resources are booked and available. Support Training Manager in the sourcing and approval of external Trainers. System Administrator - A-Learn and SharePoint. Create approved training Courses on our LMS and Upload onto SharePoint. Create/Update and Deactivate Learners, Job Profiles and Target Groups. Provide support in the implementation and deployment of patch updates on LMS. Assist in the performing and documenting of User Acceptance Testing on A-Learn. Policies, Procedures, Training Folders and /Documentation. Create, Maintain, Review & Archive Training Folders for all staff to ensure compliance with the Training Procedure. Monitor and Maintain SOPs, Work instructions, for Training and System Admin to ensure the documentation is current and updated as required. Filing of all training forms and ensure good documentation practices are adhered to. Design/Develop/Support. Escalate any key problems that users are experiencing with on A-Learn. Support in the maintenance of Service Level Agreement with approved Vendor. Continuous Improvements. Assist in the testing of potential new Learning System if required by the Business. Support Training Manager in the research of new features, applications, functions to support learning and personal development. Other Support Roles. Verifier of Training Assessments for other Departments Procedures. Initiate forms for System access with supporting Training Evidence. Proven 2-3 years’ experience as a Training Administrator or similar role. Proficient in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint with excellent Keyboard Skills. Requirements.
