Hartley People are looking to recruit a Fire Engineer for an exciting opportunity with a South East based consultancy client.  The Role:   Primary roles. Carry out BCAR inspections on construction projects with respect to compliance of Part B / M of the building regulations and Fire Safety Certificates / Disability access certificates. Preparation of site inspection BCAR reports highlighting areas to be addressed and also recording evidence of satisfactorily completed items. Address architect/contractor queries with respect to fire safety and disability access.   Secondary roles   Preparation of Fire Safety Certificates and disability access certificates. Review drawings and advise on compliance with respect to Part B and M. Proficient user of AutoCAD, excel, word and powerpoint is essential.  The Person:  Proven experience in a similiar role. Excellent organisational skills. An eye for detail. Strong problem solving skills. Can respond quickly without missing issues on site.
