Duties of the role. Managing of the AP query inbox. Opening of post and scanning it to be processed. Working with an outsource provider in managing invoice processing and resolving issues. Ability to work with vendors with issues on invoices. Following up with queries from our internal customers on approvals. Working closely with internal colleagues in resolving invoices and PO. Follow up with the vendor master team on vendor data that is in Oracle. Reconciling supplier statements. Liaising with vendors to obtain accurate master data. Ensuring invoices are billed to the correct entity. Maintain appropriate SOX process and control documentation, ensuring the proper design and execution of internal controls and assisting in the coordination of SOX control GRNI reports. All other administration work as required e.g. post, filing, scanning, photocopying reports from Oracle etc. Education & Experience. At least 1 - 2 years’ experience in a similar role i.e handling large volume of invoices per month. Experience in a multinational organization desirable. Proficient in MS Excel, Word and. Exposure to Oracle or any other ERP system essential. Interested candidates should submit an updated CV.
