Our client is one of Dublin’s leading accountancy practices and provides full lifecycle accounting, payroll, bookkeeping and tax services to a wide range of clients from a range of sectors. In line with exciting, planned growth, they are now seeking an Audit Senior / Semi Senior to join their team in Blanchardstown Corporate Park. As an Audit Senior / Semi Senior, you will focus on servicing a portfolio of clients from a variety of sectors. This is a full 360 degree role where you will be provided with a client list and expected to undertake all aspects of audit and tax work, from filing income tax to CRo filing and the preparation of accounts. As part of your role, you may be required to attend client sites for audit purposes from time-to-time. Specifically, you will: - Prepare annual accounts, income and corporation tax computations and returns. - Audit work papers and research and resolve technical queries. - Support the successful completion of any audit. - Assist with the training of junior staff. - Take part in ad-hoc projects. If so, you will need: - At least two years’ experience in a small to medium sized practice. - Experience of Sage Accounts Production. - The ability to bring accounts to trial balance stage. The ideal Audit Senior / Semi Senior should have the ability to manage and develop their own portfolio of clients after a period of time. Tax experience would also be beneficial to your application.
