Client Experience Manager Maternity Cover contract. Location : Dublin 2. Salary: Negotiable. Responsibilities: Liaising closely with the Director of Premises, Facilities & Procurement to provide an efficient customer service & client focused facility. Managing and designing new work practices, improving work methods and overall performance with respect to all client service areas. On-going team development, recruiting, assessing, managing & improving individual and team performance. Pulling together varied resources, policies & procedures in order to provide an exceptional service at all times. Responding appropriately to client requests as they arise and dealing with the consequences. Ensuring that appropriate work practices are constantly monitored & in place, in line with budgets and firm requirements. Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies, using performance management techniques to monitor agreed SLAs. Reviewing the provision of soft services, seeking opportunities to reduce costs or enhance existing services. Researching and implementing new systems and technologies resulting in innovation, cost reduction or enhanced services. Experience Required: A minimum of five years’ relevant experience in a corporate environment. Experience in working with senior & executive management, dealing with multiple client relationships in a professional and demanding environment. Experience in managing a team, not necessarily in the professional service industry. Fully conversant with Microsoft Office. Exceptional operational planning, organizing & work management skills.
