Reporting to the store manager the successful candidate will ideally have. 2-3+ years Fresh food managerial experience. Must have a strong knowledge of deli dept. Proven track record achieving targets and be KPI driven. Able to identify and maximise sales opportunities across multiple stores in the group. Assist store managers in the day to day running of the stores and maximising sales within the fresh departments across the stores. Have strong communication and customer service skills.
