Our client is a Global Services and Distribution Company, servicing Fortune 100 companies from their EU hub in Dublin. They are partnered with a Global Healthcare company, who are currently expanding their EMEA headquarters in South Dublin. Onsite there is a large team across EMEA Customer Service and a Customer Services Manager position has arisen to lead the team on a permanent basis. The Role. The Customer Service Manager will lead a diverse team, servicing 40 markets and will report directly to the Account Director. You will be responsible for the following: Effectively leading a team of over 15 people in delivering a heightened customer experience across global markets. Leading the team in delivering the full order to cash process for customers in a highly regulated environment. Liaising with Supply Chain and Operations regarding availability of stock and timely supply of products. Maintaining relevant and up to date information on customers and orders. Establishing productive working relationships with external and internal customers. Building and managing a proactive, positive relationship with distributors and 3PLs. Mentoring and developing the team through effective training. The Person. The ideal candidate will have 5 years' experience in a customer facing role. Previous management experience in a regional or global role is essential. The ideal industry background would be Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare focused. A Bachelor's degree along with an additional European language would be ideal.
