HR Business Partner. Due to our client's continued growth Sanderson is currently recruiting for a Senior Generalist/ HR Business Partner to join a busy South Dublin based HR team. Reporting to the HR Director this role would suit a strong all around generalist looking to take the next step in their career. Essential Duties: Overall responsibility for the effective delivery of the recruitment and selection process for Ireland and UK. Evaluation of training and development requirements and implementation of the same. Policy development and documentation. Employee Relations management/ resolution of grievance and disciplinary issues in line with company policy. Communication to clients, both internally and externally, regarding many different issues which directly effect employees and the business overall. Ensure maintenance of all necessary documentation, records and files to ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements. Collaborates on key initiatives, projects, and partners to assist in development of HR organisational programs. Work with HR team to deliver short and long term HR strategy. Assisting the HR Director with information requests from internal customers when required. Assisting in any changes to employment terms. Delivery of accurate and timely information for payroll. Monthly absence, turnover, headcount reports. Ad hoc projects as requested. Qualifications and Experience. 3-5 years HR Generalist and recruiting experience. Relevant CIPD qualification.
