Description

Compensation & Benefits Analyst. You will provide advice and recommendations for the Remuneration Committee to ensure alignment between the compensation framework and business strategy and budgets. Provide guidance in the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of C&B policies and processes (and work with HRBPs to ensure delivery of all reward and benefits policies at Business unit level. Develop the analytical capability of the HR team. Conduct ad hoc market analysis, job evaluations, and salary modelling. Manage, support and participate in the annual salary review, bonus & equity planning cycles to ensure timely and successful delivery. Establish and maintain close working relationships with relevant stakeholders to ensure business managers are provided with timely strategic advice for performance management, compensation and benefits. Support the administration of bonus and LTI plans. Manage benefit contracts & renewals. Manage and develop employee rewards and benefits communications to ensure the C&B offering is fully understood and appreciated to maximise value. Assess implications of any changes in legislation and make recommendations where appropriate. Analyse C&B cost and prepare for budgeting. Prepare and participate in third party C&B surveys and other benchmarking data sources. Experience and Skills. Expertise in using Pay models e.g. SAP or One of the Branded Products. Ability to rapidly model pay scenarios. Direct experience interacting at Executive C-Suite Level. Advanced Excel expertise pivot tables, v-lookups. Direct Experience of Bonus Schemes, Share Plans. Demonstrated experience of doing Salary Surveys. Direct Experience of completing Technical sections of Remuneration Report. Financial Services Experience, Project Planning.
