Our client, a well-known Irish media company with a long-standing history, are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable / Payroll Administrator on a contract basis in their Dublin office. This role is a maternity leave cover. The Role. Review payroll workflows to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely in line with company payroll schedule. Reconcile payroll prior to submitting file to payroll bureau and validate reports received from payroll bureau. Timely responses to all employee and independent contractors' queries. Responsible for issuing payslips and remittances. Support initiatives/projects as agreed with manager in support of overall finance goals and objectives. Processing staff expense claims. Processing supplier invoices onto financial system. Assist with month end sales invoicing. Investigate and resolve customer queries. The Person. Experience working in a large financial shared service function. Experience working with payroll systems. Excellent communication, organisational and follow through skills. Ability to work on own initiative. Strong financial systems experience. Good understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and process.
