Our client is one of Ireland's largest financial institutions based in Dublin with an award winning marketing function who are looking for a Brand Marketing Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. The Role. As Brand Marketing Assistant, you will translate the Brand Strategy into best in class consumer centric marketing programmes that engage and delight consumers and deliver a competitive advantage. In order to ensure marketing programmes align with overall marketing and business strategy, you will work closely with the wider marketing team, proposition teams and product teams. Having delivered these marketing programmes, you will then be tasked with measuring the effectiveness of these campaigns and other marketing activity. You will ensure that customer insight is at the centre of everything that is carried out with the brand being extremely customer centric while also incorporating a culture of marketing innovation in how to connect with customers. You will also work very closely with marketing agencies on all relevant marketing projects to deliver exceptional marketing programmes. The Person. A third level qualification in Marketing or related field with a strong desire to work in a leading marketing function. You have experience in a brand position previously, finance/banking industry is beneficial but not essential for this position. You are a strong communicator with excellent influencing skills and a strong knowledge of marketing planning and developing of campaigns.
