Human Resource Business Partner. Excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner who is looking to take ownership of a challenging and exciting position. My client, a world leading in Insurance is looking for aBusiness facing strategic HR partner who will be responsible for providing proactive support, advice and solutions to business leaders for all people related subjects. Future Challenges include include a fast changing multi-national, matrix organisation and transformational HR programme. Key Responsibilities. -Proactively support the development and implementation of the HR strategy. -Support the identification of priorities and development of plans and initiatives to support the business strategy. -Build, develop and maintain effective, relationships of a strategic nature with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the HR agenda. -Effectively collaborate with other HR functional areas, including Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, to deliver relevant HR services and interventions. -Actively develop new, and build on existing, employee engagement initiatives. -Drive the Performance Management and Development process to promote a high performance culture. -Support the development and implementation of effective HR policies and procedures. -Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and systems to ensure effective and efficient service delivery. -Proactively deliver timely and accurate management information. -Effectively manage multiple projects / work streams, balancing with operational HR activities. Required Experience. -At least 5 years` experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role, preferably in a fast paced, multi-national, matrix organisation. -Experience of management of a diverse range of stakeholders, with exceptional interpersonal skills. -Extensive knowledge of employment legislation and demonstrable experience in successfully managing complex employee relations issues. Required Education/Additional Requirements. -Degree qualified in a Human Resources or related discipline and / or a post graduate qualification in Human Resources. -Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. -Qualified member of the CIPD or equivalent. -Valid EU work permit.
