Role: Production Manager. Location: Dublin. Salary: Extremely Generous Comprehensive Benefits Package. Responsibilities: * Strong focus on delivery performance, quality and productivity measures. * Managing a team of Cell Leaders/ Supervisors. * Adhering and operating to very strict quality compliances and procedures & achieving the targets. * Recruitment of Production Operators/ Cell Leaders & training and develop of production staff. Requirements: * 3-5 years' hands on experience in operating a successful Production department where you have been responsible for the production planning, quality, personnel, costs and all outputs.
