Leading Insurance Group are recruiting a Personal Injury Claims Handler to join their team. Responsibilities: Conduct desk - based incident and case management. Full 360 investigation of the case at hand - 9 notification, triage, investigation, negotiation, liability and settlement, payments, subrogation and salvage. Deliver agreed targets for the team to include customer service, settlement rate and recovery levels. Minimise leakage and fraud. Contain claim costs by implementing agreed processes and deploying all resources effectively. Requirements: Personal Injury Claims Handling experience essential. APA Qualified (incl. PDI- 04) / ideally working towards CIP. Awareness of underwriting principles and applicable legal & liability knowledge. Claim regulations, compliance and motor legislation knowledge an advantage. Ability to prioritise workload and deliver on objectives. Show a high degree of flexibility and understanding when faced with new challenges.
