Chef Operations Manager. This is an amazing opportunity for anyone looking to persue a career within the private catering industry. To assist the Leraning and Development Manager with the ongoing development and delivery of culinary skills training for all kitchen employees. This will include delivering Food Safety Training, Health & Safety and Manual Handling while also being responsible for the delivery of the City & Guilds accredited Chef training. Candidates should have a third level qualification in Culinary Arts, a Learning & Development qualification and 3 years experience in delivering a culinary skills programme. Candidates will not be considered without these requirements. This role will be based in Head Office, North Dublin but visits to various units will be required also, so candidates should hold a full clean driving license and have access to a car. INDAE.
