You will be comfortable in making outbound calls to candidates which have expressed an interest in a job. Making calls to candidates you have found via a variety of different searches. Have a passion for developing working relationships, be happy to make enquiries and have a positive attitude to making calls. Making sure that all the internal systems are up to date with information gained. Have a drive for sales and targets, happy to learn and develop. Benefits & Salary.
