Our client, an Irish privately owned and operated company with significant international operations are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their organisation with responsibility for the administration of Irish payroll. The Role. As the Payroll Administrator, your core responsibilities will include: Being the main point of contact for all domestic payroll related queries. End to end responsibility for implementing all pay and related data including starters, leavers, transfers. Providing support and advice in relation to maternity leave, sick pay, relocations, tax saver, BIK Pensions, bike to work scheme etc. Calculating leave entitlements. Maintaining the integrity of payroll data on system. The Person. The successful candidate will ideally hold an IPASS qualification and have approximately 1-2 years' in a similar role, or 2 years' in an Accounts Administration role with an interest in Payroll. Excellent interpersonal skills. Customer focussed. There is an opportunity to work some of the week from home. Salary: Up to €37,000.
