CNC Turner - Lathe Operatorsought for permanent role in Dublin. Job Responsibilities: • Program and set up CNC lathes to machine parts complete from design drawings. • Set up CNC lathes in the most effective and efficient way. • Requirement to read and interpret drawings and knowledgeable in geometric dimensioning and tolerances. • Become conversant with all CNC lathes, control panels and programming parameters within the company. • Maintain safe operations by adhering to all safety procedure. The ideal candidate for this role should have: • Minimum of three years' relevant practical experience. • Programming experience using G – codes. • Setting of multi-axis machines. • Be able to work on own initiative. • Experience in operation/setting Hitachi, Doosan and Mori Seiki Lathes. • Working knowledge of Fanuc controllers. • Experience in one off/prototyping environment. • Experience of Lean manufacturing systems.
