The Role. This organisation has an exciting new role for an enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator. As part of the HR team you will provide comprehensive recruitment and administration support to the Recruiter , hiring managers and the Human Resources Department. This is ideal for a strong Recruitment Administrator who wants to pursue a career in Recruitment and/or HR. Key Responsibilities. Manage the end to end process of high volume recruitment activity, including: Work with the Recruiter and recruiting managers to define role requirements. Ensure requisition process progresses through various stages. Manage the Cornerstone System Administration. Drive all aspects of recruitment process administration through pro-active communication, diligence and anticipation of candidate, interviewer and recruiter requirements. Assist in recruitment advertising and response (shortlisting, rejecting and query handling) including the use of online advertising and working with 3rd party agencies as appropriate. Enter and track candidate information in our Applicant Tracking Tool. Frequent status and candidate update meetings with each of the hiring managers. Calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings across multiple calendars and multiple time zones. Recruitment administration, including interview confirmation details, reference checking. First point of contact for general telephone and email queries, providing a response in a timely and professional manner. Build and develop relationships with the hiring teams. Involvement in ad-hoc tasks as and when required by the wider Recruitment & HR team. Produce Weekly,Monthly and quarterly reports on KPI’s and SLA management. Skills and Requirements. 2-3 years’ experience in Recruitment or similar high volume administrational work. Strong communication skills, written and verbal, comfortable delivering content to people at all levels. Higher level education completed in a relevant field. Results focused and detail orientated. Enthusiastic, self-motivated and enjoys a challenge. Works well with ambiguity. Demonstrated experience managing and reporting on high volumes of data. Pro-active approach with the ability to follow through with appropriate levels of urgency and tenacity. Desirable Skills. Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking Tool. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter. Strong reporting and analytical focus.
