Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the role presents a great career opportunity for a bright, ambitious marketing professional looking to develop both their creative and digital skillset. Primary responsibilities of the role will split equally across the development and execution of digital and creative elements of the marketing mix. The role requires an individual who is a team player but one who is equally able to operate effectively with large amounts of autonomy.Key digital responsibilities covr graphics to digtial control including: Input into defining and subsequently own the execution of a digital strategy for the Irish business. Lead in the development & maintenance of company owned URLs. Lead and drive e-commerce throughout the Irish organisation. Lead the development of a social media strategy, aligned to the overall digital strategy, and oversee execution via agency. Track, analyse & report on web analytics, adjusting strategy based on learnings. Monitor & report on key competitor digital activity. Own both the creative development and execution of internal & customer facing communications. Key creative responsibilities: Be a key stakeholder in the creative direction across the companies portfolio of brands. Develop compelling creative campaigns and content that grow both customer & consumer awareness of the brand portfolio. Collaborate with relevant colleagues in the development and execution of major projects. Creative oversight of (or develop and execute) advertising campaigns as required. Consistently update and develop content for the main website. General responsibilities: Develop effective relationships with the internal team, external agencies and key influencers to drive brand forward. In collaboration with internal stakeholders and agency partners, own the vision for the creative concept of the work, ensuring exceptional quality and on time delivery. Own appropriate agency relationships. Candidate profile: A Bachelor`s degree in business, marketing or in a related creative field. 3-5 years creative / digital marketing experience. A minimum of 2 years demonstrable graphic design experience. A solid portfolio of design work. Proven experience of successfully implementing marketing strategies through traditional and new media platforms. Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as proven organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments in a dynamic environment. An energetic, positive, and proactive attitude. Capability to work with high levels of autonomy. A very good package plus flexitime to work from home for 2 days a week if required.
