Financial Accountant | 55k. My client, a property management company based in Dublin City Centre are recruiting for a Financial Accountant. Ideal candidates will be qualified and have trained in a small to medium sized practice. Key Responsibilities. Preparation of Accounts. Liaising with Auditors for Year End Accounts. Basic knowledge of corporation tax. Management of Debtors & Creditors ledger. Involvement in budgeting process, and forecasting Cashflows. Management of companies that are involved in various business activities outside of the property industry. Irish & Overseas Property management. Reporting to Financial controller & Directors on a timely & adequate basis. Vat & AR returns. Payment runs. Key Requirements. Qualified Accountant. Practice trained would be an advantage.
